Yoga with David Farmer (Registered Yoga Teacher)
Yoga is an ancient holistic system, creating harmony and a balance of energy on every level of our being. Regular practice develops a strong, flexible body and a calm, focused mind - and yoga makes you feel good.
David Farmer teaches yoga in the UK and abroad. An imaginative and inspiring teacher, he is also an actor, theatre director and writer. His teaching style is particularly suitable for beginners to intermediate level students.
David's weekly yoga classes in Norwich, Norfolk on Thursdays involve traditional postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), partner work, meditation and relaxation.
Having studied with Ruth White in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, David takes inspiration from the groundbreaking work of Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten, known for their creative approach to yoga from the inner body. Using individual and partner work to connect breath, mind and body, David's approach is both relaxing and energising, bringing a balance of energy to every level of our being. Through yoga we can learn to listen to our own bodies and discover that the most important teacher of all is the one within.
David Farmer is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
